The Summit LAN in Los Angeles, California has come to an end after an exciting best-of-five match. EG stands victorious over the heavily favored Team DK as they battled their way up from loser’s bracket, overcoming VG to secure a spot in the grand finals and eventually win against the Chinese dream team.

The Summit: DK advances to the grand finals, EG to face VG in lower bracket

Day 3 of The Summit LAN in Los Angeles, California had some of the best matches of the entire tournament. Today was filled with Evil Genius plowing through the loser’s bracket competition while DK continued to showcase their talents. EG, DK, and VG will battle tomorrow to find out who will take home the gold.

The Summit Day 2: DK and VG continue their dominance

The second day of The Summit has come to a conclusive end with DK and VG knocking Fnatic and Na’vi into the losers bracket. Tomorrow, they will face off against EG and Na’Vi. Na while DK will play against VG to determine who gets to move on to the grand finals.

The first day of The Summit’s LAN stage has concluded, and the two Chinese teams are currently at the helm of the six-team tournament. The tournament will resume tomorrow at 17:00 CET, with three group stage games and the winner’s bracket match-ups scheduled.

Format announced for the upcoming LAN finals of The Summit

The offline finals of The Summit will take place from June 5th through June 8th. The format of the main event will be similar to The International – the six teams will go through the initial round-robin phase, followed by the double-elimination playoffs.

Fnatic’s star carry player Adrian ‘Era’ Kryeziu will be the second player to miss out on attending The Summit this weekend following EG’s Clinton ‘Fear’ Loomis, who reportedly pulled out of the event due to an injury.

In the finals of The Summit European qualifiers, Fnatic has defeated Mousesports in a thrilling best of five series with a score of 3-2. They will move on to the LAN finals in Los Angeles this June, where they will compete against DK, Na’vi, EG, NAR, and VG.
