while playing position 1 morphling do i go treads or boots of travel+wand ?

u go what u need depending on game

treads for early fighting (which morph isn’t good at anyway) and travels when you want to farm and split push more

no boot, rush bloodthorn.

tranquils if you’re a beginner. the regen is super strong. so you win lane easy when they harass. don’t bother last hitting as morph is weak early game.

I mean, he is weak at laning early on, but it’s pretty easy to lasthit, if you have the support. I mean, not lasthitting with a morphling means your whole game is fucked.

I’m serious though. Tread boosts your early farm and sustains mana, then entering late game if you feel like you need more mobility on the map just have another BoT in your slots. Both are good boots, keep Tread until you want to sell it.

As a rule of thumb, when you need that little boost for early game, you go for Treads, and later make a Travel, but if you’re having a game where you feel like you can sustain yourself, then you can skip Treads. I usually skip it anyways and get an extra null talisman or something instead.

Treads is better imo
morph has a low bat
He loves stats
He is weak early so he needs items to compensate imo

bots are great if you are allowed to split push and they make you more survivable then treads because it is pretty easy to run down a slow as fuck morph

Yeah, but he also has a fuckload of agility, and his weakest aspect (aside from his mana) is his low movespeed.
Treads is a casual “can’t really go wrong with it” itemchoice, but if you’re having good laning, you might want to skip it, because it can set your core itemization back even further.

I think if the game goes really good for you and you can get Linken’s easily
You can just skip Tread and rush BoT
Morph now has 1.5 BAT though, Tread is more valuable than ever for him.
At lvl15, more people start having +25 atk spd instead of 12% CD reduction
He melts towers like bat shit insane quick

real question is do you skip linkens for hurricane pike if they dont have these nasty single target disables

still, someone might build an orchid and it could cause problems for you if you don’t have a linkens so you have to use your brain

u just buy manta

if you rushed hurricane pike you are waaaaay far away from a manta tho and you have no hp/mana sustain for farming

same health sustain as from linkens, better stats, lower mana regen though but gives you attack range and mobility. I guess you just combine a few clarities and ring of aquila and it should be good if you dont unnecessarily morph outside of fountain.

Its a relatively small window between ur hurricane pike and ur manta, there are very few heroes who dont mind rushing an orchid to exploit this window (like qop storm furion and clinkz only ones i can think of)
