Best solo que hero dota 2
Best solo que hero dota 2
So alot of the times I notice that I can’t “carry” the team well enough, or I see things go wrong where with my role I cannot do something about. For example the lane support not harassing the enemy hero in my lane, or not pulling creeps, or not stacking. But it also goes for carry’s that just cant last hit very well, or feed the game. I admit I don’t always have my perfect games either (far from it), but I do know a lot of things seemingly that my whole team isn’t aware about, probably because I watch pro games almost non-stop and just try to learn the game better. Maybe I’m a perfectionist.
Point is, a lot of the time things go wrong and I feel my selected hero can’t support/carry our team to victory. Maybe it’s the wrong hero pick? So what heroes are generally BEST for solo queue games where you can’t always rely on your team?
Its a complicated answer, and our mmr gain is hindered by poor performing players. That’s a known fact. In solo que or solo mmr there is only so much you can do because its a team environment. You can either,
-pick a hero that sycronise it with others – as an example RP into echo slam, etc. (Infinate combo’s out there).
-Pick a generally good team fighting capable hero or counter’picking
-Pick mid (if you are confident and competent)
-play an unfilled role
-use a mic and communicate. Try to limit flaming.
-use dotabuff. com as a tool for improvement
Assuming that you do all that anyway, there is little power to conpensate poorly performing players. That is the reality of SOLO que. Period
Heroes who can win the game by themselves
Nature’s Prophet – Smash towers
Lycan – Smash towers
OD – Ridiculously powerful this patch. Its rightclicks make short work of most heroes. His ult wins teamfights.
Spectre – Also ridiculously powerful this patch. Early game is safer relative to other carries because of her natural tankiness and ability to phase through trees and terrain. Then by late game, she is incredibly difficult to deal with.
Bounty Hunter – Easy ganks while allowing your allies to snowball with that bonus gold income.
Earth Spirit – Can disable the entire enemy team during teamfights
Invoker – Can literally do anything.

More or less. this.
Also, try picking a flexible hero.
Heroes like Silencer, Centaur, Zeus etc. can fill multiple roles. Assess your team and play accordingly. Don’t just be satisfied with keeping one enemy in check. You can get +50 stacks on pudge and still lose because there were 1 or 2 tanks on the enemy team that you couldn’t keep in check all the time who were being fed too much.
